About the Workshop
Mithila Art is a cherished folk art form majorly practiced by women in the southern part of Nepal and Bihar side of India. This two-day workshop is designed for adult art enthusiasts beginners level. Led by experienced facilitators from PayalSapna Paints, the sessions will cover foundational aspects of Mithila art, including:

Introduction to Mithila art and its cultural significance

Exploration of traditional motifs such as flowers, trees, animals, and borders

Hands-on experience in pencil drawing and coloring techniques using marker pens, shine pens and poster colors.
Requirements: All materials will be provided. Just bring your enthusiasm for learning and creating! (Only for Junkiri Members)
